DIE DRESS B/T
DIE DRES B/T is a ready-mixed, water-based, talc product designed to act as
a parting medium between molten aluminium and the various tools used in
working the molten metal.
DIE DRESS B/T is applied to moulds and skimming tools by brushing,
swabbing or spraying. If sprayed, however, it will require further dilution with
water, depending on the type of spray gun used.
After application, the coating is allowed to air dry before being put into contact
with molten aluminium.
It is worth noting that degradation of tools and moulds in contact with liquid
aluminium or zinc indicates that the items are dissolving in the liquid metal.
DIE DRESS B/T prevents such degradation and results in lower
contamination of the liquid metal.

Packed in 25 kg plastic buckets.
